Rentit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Rentit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Rentit platform—a property discovery service that connects property seekers with verified property owners across India. We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about how we use it.
This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, process, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website at rentit.in, mobile applications, and related services (collectively the “Platform”).

We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically when you use the Platform.

- Property Listings: Property address, photos, pricing, amenities, and availability.
- Communications: Messages between renters and owners, support inquiries, and feedback.
- Identity Verification: Government-issued ID for owner verification (landlords only).
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our secure payment partners.
Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and operating system.
- Usage data including pages visited, searches performed, and time spent.
- Location data (with your permission) to show nearby local listings.

8–11. Account Deletion · Transfers · Contact · Updates
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your data may be transferred to servers in Singapore and the United States for processing. All cross-border transfers adhere to EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
